In September of last year we started a complete top-to-bottom victorian renovation in Bristol in the Bishopston area. There proved to be some challenging work you might expect in that age of property but combining our hard work and the clients stylish taste, we were very pleased with the end result.
Some much needed roof repairs were carried out. The loft room was brought up to building regulations, insulated and completely refurbished and redecorated, allowing for future ensuite bathroom potential:
The family bathroom was moved from the ground floor to first floor and an under-stairs cloakroom was created.
Dampproofing, rendering, plastering, floor/carpet laying and redecorating throughout:
An existing ground floor extension needed some attention before fitting a kitchen and making a comfortable kitchen/diner space. Velux windows and bi-folding doors were added to allow a light and airy space.
We were pleased with the overall finish and the clients were too! These are just some of the photos we took along the way, professional photos for the gallery are to follow to really do the amount of work put in to this victorian renovation. If you’re looking to carry out building or renovation work like this in Bristol why not give us a call. We took the project on and managed it from start to finish – taking the hassle out of coordinating the work for the clients.
