Our process

Initial stage

We can assist you in starting the planning process by introducing our recommended architects and structural engineers. Alternatively, if you already have plans drawn up we can work with your chosen architect and structural engineer.

Quote

We will meet you on-site to discuss your needs and walk through the scope of the job. A free, no obligation quote will then be provided, detailing the scope of works to be carried out.

Contract

Once you’re happy with the scope of works and accepted the quote, a contract will be drawn up and a proposed start date will be provided.

Project

Throughout the project we will provide regular updates and feedback to ensure communication is maintained throughout and any variances to the project are discussed. If we are project managing the job we will liaise with other professional services such as building control, architects and engineers. Invoices will be sent at stages throughout the job for works carried out.

Completion

Wes will ensure you are left with a high quality finish and are provided with any necessary certificates and documentation required for the works completed.
